Purpose
* Returning students may complete a review online
* Reviews can be read online at the Studytravel websites
* Visitors can search all reviews, and reviews are automatically displayed on language school pages
Implementation
* A student will automatically receive an email after completing the course with a personal link to an online review form
This review form is pre-filled with the course details. The student can give ratings, comments and upload photos.
In the backend, StudyTravel can tag reviews to languages and target groups, add comments, and decide to publish the review online or not.
* A landing page has been set up where all reviews can be viewed and filtered by language, destination, school
* On the page of the language school, a new Tab Reviews shows ratings and comments
