DaVinci Touroperator system modules

Some of our customers manage the availability and prices of their travel packages in DaVinci, the touroperator system of Bewotec. This system also processes the bookings.

Websites can integrate with DaVinci via modules developed by Intakt. This way data can be mutually exchanged.

1) Retrieve Package Availability & Prices

    Catalog information (such as availability and prices) is downloaded from DaVinci and displayed in various locations on the website, like:

  • an availability calendar
  • price overviews (including surcharges, roomspecific rates,  etc.)

2) Submit Package Booking

    Bookings on the website are forwarded to DaVinci for processing in the system

  • an email notification is sent to the office with a status update

3) Retrieve Booking Details & Invoices

    Processed bookings are downloaded from DaVinci to a 'My Booking' environment on the website, providing access to travelers. Including functionalities like:

  • email notifications with status updates (processing, paid, confirmed, etc.)
  • online payments for open amounts using different payment service providers like Stripe or Adyen
  • download personalized hotel lists, vouchers, travel documents, information, maps etc.

 

This entire exchange of data is performed automatically for each booking, based on changes made by the tour operator in their own DaVinci office environment. The tour operator does not need to arrange anything on the website or in the CMS for this.

This process is completely personalized. The traveller:

  • will be kept informed of all important changes by email
  • can use the 'My Booking' environment 24/7 and also via tablet or smartphone to view data, make payments, and download travel documents.
